WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE OF?
Our candles are made from rapeseed wax. It's a little yellow flower that is processed to oil. The oil is then put through a process called hydrogenation to make sure the oil stays solid at room temperature, to create: candle wax.
WHAT MATERIAL IS YOUR HOME DECOR MADE OF?
Our home decor collection is made from eco-resin. It does not contain any solvents and is as tough as concrete. We seal our home decor items with a sustainable sealer to ensure your product is water-repellant.
WHY DOES MY PRODUCT HAVE AIR BUBBLES?
Due to the nature of the materials we use to create our candle and home decor collection, and the making process of these products, some air bubbles may form on the surface. They do not affect the burn or use quality of our products.
We try our best to limit the appearance of air bubbles, but as this is a hand poured item, no guarantees can be made.
WHY DOES MY CANDLE DRIP?
Due to the designs of our candle collection some dripping can be expected. To minimize this effect, please follow our burning instructions. Simply remove the excess candle wax from your tray or candle holder by running it under hot water.

WHY IS THE COLOR/PATTERN SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT THAN THE PICTURE?
We always strive to be consistent with our color batches/patterns. Since all of our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight pattern or color deviations might occur. It's all part of the charm of purchasing an handcrafted item!
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Most of our products are made to order, which takes some time. We want to make sure your order is made to perfection, so please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be completed. We'll make it worth the wait!

Not happy with your order? We are here to help. Please send an email to info@aprilscherry.nl including:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for making a return
We'll get back to you with further instructions.
Upon receipt of your returned parcel we will refund you for your returned product, provided it is unused and in one piece. Unfortunately, we do not cover the costs for making a return.
MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT NOW?
We are very sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged.
Please send us an email (within two days of receiving your parcel) at info@aprilscherry.nl, and include the following information:
- Picture of the damaged item
- Picture of the shipping box
- Your ordernumber
We'll get back to you and we'll make sure to solve the matter accordingly.
